A very handsome Zebra in royal blue and earthy tones representing the earth and the sky.The stripes look far better in various hues rather than plain old black; at least in my humble opinion.The background has been toned down to accentuate the subject. I only use the white of paper in my paintings to maintain the freshness and transparency of watercolors.

I am a fine artist with a special interest in portraits,wildlife and figurative work.
